Microsoft PowerPoint presentations can increase visual impact and offer a great medium by which to emphasize topics and information. PowerPoint can also be used as a tool for creating flyers and handouts that can then be exported as accessible PDF documents.

Join us for this Accessibility Office Hours to learn basic techniques to create accessible PDF documents from PowerPoint slides. Learn about Heading Styles, Images, Reading Order, PDF Title and PDF Tags when working with a PowerPoint presentation.
